AIA Document and Publication Sales

AIA Colorado is a full-service distributor of AIA contract documents and forms. Each member receives a 30% discount on all AIA copyright-protected contract documents and a member price on many books published by AIA. Our document inventory is kept well-stocked to fill orders. However, advance notice is appreciated for large orders so that we can replace our inventory and have documents available at all times. You may pick up document at the AIA Colorado office, or place your order online.

The Colorado firms database requires that the principal of your firm, or one of the principals, is an AIA member. If you are not on this list and you fit the criteria, please contact Greg Bell,director of membership & development, to get the details. AIA Colorado Classifieds

The AIA Colorado Classifieds is a unique service, solely dedicated to architectural jobs of all types. The Colorado Classifieds are updated every Monday, and all ads posted are current. The Colorado Classifieds averages 45 available positions each week. While we distribute approximately 25 hard copies weekly, our website averages 1,700 "hits" a week, making the Colorado Classifieds an excellent and reliable resource for those seeking employment and those seeking employees. The AIA Colorado Website is also advertised in a number of local and national publications, promoting exposure to the listed ads on a broader scale.

Those interested in advertising in the Colorado Classifieds need to submit their ad to the AIA Colorado office no later than Friday at noon if it is to post in the following Monday's Colorado Classifieds. Resume Book

Individuals can leave their single-page resumes on file at the AIA Colorado office for a period of four months. AIA Colorado receives approximately two to four requests for resumes per week, and distributes 5-10 resumes per request. The average resume is copied, faxed or mailed approximately 35 times throughout the four-month period. You may submit your resume via fax 303/446-0066, email or mail at the address below.

The fee for posting a resume for 4 months is $20 for members and $30 for non members.

Those interested in receiving resumes from the book can do so by contacting the AIA office at 800.628.5598 or 303.446.2266 or by email. We will provide five-10 resumes per request. If you call in your request, please have your name and member number ready so that we may record your request.

This is a free service our members. For all others, the service is $10 plus $1.00/per resume faxed or copied.

• Contact Information (Firm, Address, Phone, Fax, Email)
• Brief Description of Employee Qualification Factors (In order to select individual resumes that best meet your eligibility requirements)

Statewide Firm Profile

The Statewide Firm Profile and Membership Directory is a statewide listing of all AIA members for the current calendar year. The Profile also includes many resources for the general public and procurers of architectural services.
