IDP Workbook Simplifies Training Documentation
NCARB has created a record-keeping tool designed to simplify the paperwork for interns. The IDP Training Unit Workbook uses an Excel spreadsheet format for recording hours on a daily basis and converts the hours into training units. This provides an at-a-glance way for interns and their supervisors to assess strong and weak training areas. Each workbook consists of 18 weekly Training Unit Logs with a total of 10 workbooks which provides enough space to record an entire internship.

ARE Study Materials Lending Libraries
The Intern Advocate Committee and AIA Colorado have coordinated to provide lending libraries of ARE study materials in Denver, Boulder and Colorado Springs. Materials are available to be checked out by AIA members for free. The lending procedures and materials available for each area are as follows:
AIA Colorado Denver
Materials can be checked out at the AIA Colorado office (1515 Arapahoe St., Ste. 1-110, Denver, CO 80202). Office hours are Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - noon.
