For Emerging Professionals
Young Architects (licensed 10 years or less), Associate AIA members, interns and students are an integral part of the AIA Colorado community. AIA Colorado has developed a number of resources to assist emerging professionals in furthering their architectural careers.
- The AIA Colorado Intern Advocacy Committee and Professional Development Committee offer assistance with licensure, mentorship and programs for potential and emerging architects.
- AIA Denver offers ARE review seminars, and several local chapters have review books available from ARE libraries.
- The Architectural Education Foundation, AIA Colorado has a number of scholarship opportunities available for students, interns and architects.
- Throughout the year, AIA Colorado chapters offer a number of programs and events specially tailored to the educational and networking needs of young professionals.
- AIA Colorado offers special resources for students currently enrolled in architecture programs, and those considering architecture as a career option.
