Pueblo Modern Presentation

The fourth installment of a larger city-wide historic preservation project, "Pueblo Modern,” is a presentation by City Planner Wade Broadhead at the Lamb Library Branch. Mr. Broadhead discussed the 18-month project studying society, architecture and politics of Pueblo from the post-World War II era to the early 1980s. The project is one of a kind in the nation trying to lead an appreciation of this period with popular history rather than high architecture and then preserve those places that are important to the wide and diverse residents of Pueblo. For more information, read The Pueblo Chieftain article. AIA Colorado South sponsored the specific logo design for the "Pueblo Modern” project.
