About The renovation project commenced with the design of energy-efficient facades for both the primary and alley-facing elevations, blending contemporary materials and details with historical references. The interior renovations focused on exposing and restoring the original structure, including wood elements and brick walls, while integrating strategic additions such as a new feature stair, updated lighting, skylights, acoustic enhancements, and modern back-of-house spaces. This project sets an achievable standard for a building type common to many business districts throughout Colorado.
