About The Telluride Transfer project revitalizing a brownfield site, creating three affordable housing units, eleven free-market residences, 2,400 square feet of commercial space, and stabilizing the historic Transfer Warehouse for future reuse as an arts facility. The design prioritizes contextual integration, preserves pedestrian routes, individualized unit entrances, and maintains Telluride's walkability and unique alleyways. The project met strict regulatory standards while preserving public spaces around community structures.
