Research shows that yoga and meditation reduce stress, increase focus, and revitalize the senses. Start your day inspired and rejuvenated after attending this wellbeing session designed to move your body and take care of yourself during our action-packed Conference.

First timers welcome! No experience, special clothes or mat required. 

30-minute easy vinyasa yoga (movement plus breath) – come warm up your body and calm your mind with gentle morning stretches suitable for everyone.
