ENGAGE 2023 Booth Selection

If you plan to exhibit at the conference, we have booths designated as mini-CES presentations taking place on the expo hall floor. You can alternatively select to be a featured fuel (food) station to drive traffic to your booth.

Act Now to Secure Your Space: Sign-up is open to all allied industry companies to secure your preferred booth and select an assigned booth traffic builder (mini-CES or fuel stations). Our sponsored one-hour learning labs are sold out. 

If you selected a booth designated as an Education Station (CES) or sponsored learning lab* (*SOLD OUT) at the conference website, you will be sent a link to submit your educational presentation objective(s) to complete your registration. You will have 5 days from you purchase on the conference website to complete your education submission.

AIA Colorado ENGAGE 2023 Practice + Design Conference: Details to help you select your booth and prepare for your exhibit experience once your order is confirmed.

Booth assignments will be finalized based on your preferred booth selection. Be sure to select the booth and experience to match your needs and booth plans. 

• Practice + Design Conference

• The height and width/depth of all exhibit displays MUST BE CONTAINED within the designated booth area and may not overflow into the aisles or extend beyond the dimensions/designated height of the booth. Additional furniture can be ordered through Freeman and can include your choice of small comfortable furnishings in lieu of a traditional booth set up. The choice is yours and we appreciate your efforts to help foster engagement throughout the conference. 
• Booths vary by HEIGHT as clearly labeled. Be sure your selection is right for your planned display. 
• Perimeter Booths, located along the walls, are constructed with an 8-FOOT HIGH BACKWALL and two 3-foot-high side walls of pipe and drape. These booths can accommodate solid back-wall displays. 
• Open Sight Line Booths, in the central courtyard area, are constructed with a 3-FOOT HIGH BACK WALL and sides to allow for sightlines throughout the expo space. Please plan your booth while looking at it from all angles.
• The intent is that each exhibitor is entitled to a reasonable sight line regardless of exhibit size. 
• All booths are 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep.

1. Education Station Booths
   • Defined as: 15 minute mini-seminars (MINI-CES), held at assigned booth
   • REQUIRED ACTION FOR MINI-CES: Prior to confirmation and within 5 days of your order, you must complete this AIA CES session survey: https://aiacolorado.submittable.com/submit
   • AIA Colorado is the registered AIA CES Provider and you do not have to be an AIA provider to offer mini-CES. Those confirmed will be able to offer CES through our license with AIA National. 
   • Tip when submittting CES – you will need to create a NEW LOGIN for Submittable which is our platform for accepting your CES proposal. 
   • We recommend same login as you used for this Map-Dynamics order where you signed up to purchase a booth. We do not save your logins so make it easy for you to remember by using one email and one password for both sites. 
2. Fuel Station Booths
   • Defined as: hosting special food or beverages at your assigned booth as coordinated by AIA CO and Keystone. 
   • ACTION: NONE. No further action needed on your part. Your order will be confirmed by AIA Colorado staff within 2 business days of your paid order. 
3. Team Activity Booth Option 
   • ACTION: If you would like your booth to be featured as a team activity station, email amy@aiacolorado.org to confirm your interest.
   • Your order will be confirmed by AIA Colorado staff within 2 business days of your paid order. These booths are eligible to host an interactive team activity. 
   • Tip when submittting CES – you will need to create a NEW LOGIN for Submittable. We recommend same login as you used for this Map-Dynamics order. We do not save your logins so make it easy for you to remember by using one email and one password for both sites. 

All 2023 exhibitors will enjoy a redesigned floor plan that offers excellent sight lines to all booths and activities throughout the expo/solutions marketplace. 

PLEASE NOTE: all booths EXCEPT Perimeter Booths are 3-high back-walls to maintain sight lines. If you have tall displays (8 feet) you must order a Perimeter Booth! 

ALL exhibitors will also enjoy 2 full conference passes so your booth personnel can participate in all keynote and concurrent presentations throughout the day. The expo hall flows directly into the general session ballroom – labeled as Grey’s Peak I, II and III on the map. 

Open flow expo floor and social areas provide options to mingle! All products and literature must remain in the booths rented by vendors in the Expo Hall. That said, we encourage Exhibitors to ENGAGE with all attendees and industry partners throughout the conference space. There are lounge areas where you can chat, and social gathering areas. 

Exhibitor Kit including electrical and drayage services: PENDING. We will update here, when available. We’re still putting the finishing touches on the Freeman Online site for our show and will notify you as soon as the Freeman site is open for you to place your booth orders. 

Help Center: This will be an area of the conference registration website that will contain links to additional resources including how to book your lodging, Keystone VIllage Maps and Know Before you go tips.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the conference center 

One Online Company Exhibitor Plus Listing (Expanded Company Profile) is included with your booth. Be sure to update your online profile within our conference platform. There is room to post PDFs, videos, who’s attending from your firm, and more information about your services. You need to login to the site as exhibitor to update this information. Reminders will follow.

SOLD OUT! As we anticipated, we had high interest from allied members and partners. Our top 3 proposals have been selected and will be featured on our conference website when it opens for attendee registration. Two full conference access passes are included with your sponsorship. Those who submitted, be on the lookout for confirmation from our staff team.
