Join the Denver Local Advisors for an architectural tour of Art Studios located in Denver.
Location: Art Studios Denver – 1200 Lincoln St, Denver, CO 80203
Date/Time: Wednesday, April 30th, 2025 from 4-5 PM
Capacity: 30 people

Parking: There is no free parking, typically plenty of meter parking.
Education: This session has been approved for 1 LU|HSW.
JNS Architecture + Interior Design and Nichols Partnership will conduct a 20 minute introduction and overview of a 12-story former office building, originally built in 1962. The structure underwent adaptive reuse renovation from office to residential use and is located in the Golden Triangle Neighborhood in downtown Denver. The building was rebranded to “ARTSTUDIOS” and opened in 2023. From there, the tour will commence up from the lobby at street level and highlight typical floors, amenities, and micro-apartment unit types. The tour will highlight various unique building and zoning code considerations and challenges for an adaptive reuse project building in Denver, Colorado.
