True Nature Healing Arts Kiva | Land + Shelter Architecture and Planning and Lea Sisson Architects
This 2024 AIA Colorado Design Award of Honorable Mention project is a subtle insertion to the site, wrapped by a helical open-air access ramp that extends from a public garden, resulting in an integrated, fully accessible space. The petite spa is tucked into the back for privacy and access from the owner’s business while a zen garden and sitting areas are integrated into the building’s roof, which is at grade to complement the existing spaces in the landscape.
