Colorado Green Building Guild Home Tour

Tickets for the Annual Colorado Green Building Guild (CGBG) Green Home Tour are on sale now! This year there will be 9 great homes on the tour in the Boulder and Louisville area, with a fun and engaging after party at the Superior Community Center.
Our biggest and most exciting event of the year, the Tour raises money for the CGBG Advanced Training Scholarship Program and this year a portion of the proceeds will also be donated to the National Center for Craftsmanship.
LOTS OF GREAT SITES!
This year we will have 9 homes in the greater Boulder and Louisville area show off their perspectives on what it means to “build green.” Special focus will be paid this year to Marshall Fire rebuild projects both finished, and in-progress.
MANY WAYS TO LEARN
Learn about a wide variety of green home techniques and details. We’re showcasing Passive House certified construction, innovative natural material use, and all-electric homes. Both new-builds and a remodel in a variety of scopes and budgets.
AFTER PARTY WITH US
We’ll have an after party at Superior Community Center with food and drink to share after a long day of exciting tours! We’ll have snacks available as well as Gallo Pinto food truck on site dishing out Latin American specialties for purchase. There will also be interactive green building activities to enjoy with prizes to win!
