Farm and Market Tour

Join the AIA Colorado Denver Local Advisors, OZ Architecture, and the owners of Farm and Marketfor a tour of the unique neighborhood farm.
Farm and Market is an adaptive reuse project completed recently in Denver’s RiNo district. This neighborhood farm hydroponically grows nutrient-rich produce on-site. Raw, locally grown food is harvested daily for the chef-crafted menu or for sale in the market.
The overview and tour will highlight the growing technology, the sustainable farming process, the vision and mission of Davis and Austin (owners and brothers with a vision for small impact, big flavor farming), challenges of adaptive re-use, and design inspiration for the market.
- Location: 2401 Larimer St, Denver, CO
- Parking: there is a public parking lot just to the west of the project (at 24th and Walnut) or on-street parking readily is available.
- PPE is not required for this tour.
- AIA Continuing Education: for AIA members, this tour has been approved for 1 LU|HSW.
- This tour is free to AIA members and $25 for non-members and reservations will be provided on a first come first served basis.
Capacity of this tour will limited and we will enable a waitlist, if needed. If you are unable to attend, please come back to Eventbrite and update your RSVP so that another may join.
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee up to 24 hours prior to the event by contacting rylee@aiacolorado.org. Registrations cancelled 7 days or more in advance will be refunded the registration rate minus fees. Refunds are unavailable within 7 days of the event.
