IECC Overview – Residential Provisions

This course will take a high level overview of the residential provisions of the latest edition of the International Energy Conservation Code. We will look at the different ways to navigate through the code, highlighting all of the flexibility built in so that designers, builders, and homeowners have more options of how to meet the end goal of an energy efficient and resilient building.
- This course has been approved for 1.5 AIA CES Health, Safety, and Welfare (HSW) learning unit hour. To receive AIA credit attendees must provide their AIA number in the post training survey.

Instructor:
Shaunna Mozingo is the President of The Mozingo Code Group as well as being a plans analyst and inspector for jurisdictions. She has provided code adoption assistance and training to code officials, builders, Energy Raters and designers. She is a past president of the ICC Colorado Chapter and has served on the IECC Code Development and Correlation Committees for the 2018, 2021, and 2024 code cycles.
