Steel House Denver Construction Tour

Join the Denver Local Advisors for a construction tour of Steel House, a new 12-story office building coming soon to the RiNo neighborhood.
Steel House, a design of Morris Adjmi Architects of NYC and Open Studio Architecture, is a new 12-floor office building featuring Denver’s largest indoor/outdoor ratio, a 13,000 SF park, 7,500 SF fitness center, indoor/outdoor yoga studio, expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that open onto private tenant terraces, and planned LEED Gold and WELL Certification.
Open Studio Architecture and GE Johnson Construction will conduct a 10-minute introduction and overview of a 12-floor building currently under construction in RiNo. From there, the tour will commence up from level 1 to the 12th floor, to tour a typical floor. We will then proceed to level 6 to review the amenities spaces, including outdoor terraces, basketball court, fitness center, and conference spaces. The tour will highlight LEED/well components of the project.
Education: Tour has been approved for 1 LU|HSW.

PPE: Required. Attendees need to bring PPE, including eye protection.
