Join the AIA Colorado Denver Local Advisors members for a tour of the Populus Hotel.
Located on a prominent corner site, Populus is designed to reenergize Civic Center Park, connecting the Golden Triangle Creative District to downtown Denver. The texture and rhythm of its sculptural façade is strongly tied to the building’s hotel function. Each vertical scallop is the width of a guest room, and its windows change in size in response to the character of the building’s public and private spaces.

Education: This tour has been approved for 1 LU|HSW.
PPE: Attendees will need to bring PPE.
RSVP: There are a very limited number of RSVP’s available, so please honor your RSVP. If you sign up, but later cannot join the tour, please update your RSVP as soon as you can so someone else can take your spot.
Cost: Tour is free for AIA Colorado members and $25 for non-members.
Registrations may be transferred to another attendee up to 24 hours prior to the event by contacting rylee@aiacolorado.org. Registrations cancelled 7 days or more in advance will be refunded the registration rate minus fees. Refunds are unavailable within 7 days of the event.
