The Populus Hotel Tour – June 24 – 10:00 AM

Located on a prominent corner site, Populus is designed to reenergize Civic Center Park, connecting the Golden Triangle Creative District to downtown Denver. The texture and rhythm of its sculptural façade is strongly tied to the building’s hotel function. Each vertical scallop is the width of a guest room, and its windows change in size in response to the character of the building’s public and private spaces. Join the Denver Local Advisors for a tour of this soon-to-be iconic building.
There will be 2 tours taking place on June 24th.
This tour is from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Attendees will need to bring PPE.
