After a disaster, prompt assessment of damage to the built environment is a key part of the recovery process. This effort by architects and other design professionals helps local officials create both immediate and long-term recovery plans to help the people affected by the disaster.

We’re offering a full-day Safety Assessment Program (SAP) workshop to teach you how to perform rapid building assessments. Our instructor is registered with the California Office of Emergency Services, who’s SAP certificate is nationally recognized for design professionals who want to assist in disaster recovery efforts.
