Cornell Residence

The historic Cornell Residence was renovated with a central living area addition to provide a next-generation prototypical home. The primary goal was to preserve and reimagine a mid-century modern home that is classically stylish in disposition and forward thinking in environmental embrace.

1670 Broadway Amenities

1670 Broadway Amenities

1670 Broadway, formerly the Amoco Tower, is a 1980’s Denver icon that was in need of new common area corporate amenities. The 3rd floor was renovated using natural finishes, incorporating exterior windows, and glass walls to provide high-tech corporate conferencing space and leasing offices. Also included, is a fitness center with locker and shower rooms and a feature yoga studio with views of downtown.
