CU-Boulder / Village Center Dining & Community Commons

The new Village Center Dining and Community Commons at CU-Boulder combines multiple dining options with breathtaking views of the Flatiron Mountains. The 100,000 SF +/- project pairs KSQ Design with GE Johnson in this design-build construction. The project is scheduled for completion in Jan. 2017.

360 Smith Street / Multifamily Housing

360 Smith Street is a seven-story multifamily project by KSQ Design sitting directly over the New York City subway system with a garden plaza and green roof. The project includes 48 apartment homes and a retail component (Milk Bar) at street level. AIA award-winning project / Architizer A+ Special Mention.

KSQ Design has created 3 LEED Gold residence halls, a LEED Gold mulitpurpose dining building, and is currently creating a Greek Village with 25 chapter houses and a new parking garage in the Worth Hills Village development at Texas Christian University (TCU).
