Lakehouse is a mixed-use, for sale residential building located prominently in Block One of the St. Anthony’s Hospital redevelopment at the edge of Sloan’s lake in Denver, Colorado. The 12-story condominium project will occupy a full city block with townhomes, retail and lobby spaces fully wrapping at-grade and below-grade parking.

This new LEED Gold certified maintenance and operations facility is designed to optimize Metro’s bus transit service throughout Central Los Angeles and surrounding areas. Sustainable design is a key guiding principal for the project driving building efficiencies, building siting, and a healthy work environment for employees.

Hogan Lovells new office space occupies the top 2½ floors in a brand new building in Denver’s vibrant Union Station area. The space features universal 165 SF offices, a 3-story connecting staircase on the glass, and a large communal break area called the “junction” at the bottom of the stairs.
