St. Francis Medical Center

St. Francis Medical Center

RTA designed the Saint Francis Medical Center to enhance the lives and work of the patients, visitors, staff, and physicians through the creative application of Evidence-Based-Design (EBD) principles. Because healing starts with caregivers, we included elements that would assist nurses, doctors, and staff in fulfilling their healing missions.

Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind, Gottlieb Building

Colorado School for the Deaf and the Blind, Gottlieb Building

RTA’s goal was to preserve the historic aura of this beautiful structure, while gracefully introducing modern technology and style. The entire facility provides appropriate lighting levels for signed communication, acoustic control for hard-of-hearing students and staff, and education spaces that meet 21st Century education standards.

University Village Colorado

University Village Colorado

University Village Colorado is designed to provide the maximum tenant flexibility, while also allowing individual tenant expression within a wide variety of specialty façades and architectural elements. Native stone, colored concrete block, stucco, metal roofing, and exposed steel framework are combined in a modern interpretation of a hillside village.
