Join Barker Rinker Seacat as a Designer

Founded in 1975 by Don Barker, Ron Rinker and Russell Seacat, our firm has evolved and matured steadily over its decades-long history. Our offices have moved from Walnut Street to Blake Street to a couple of different locations on 15th Street to our current home at the TAXI development in Denver’s Riverfront North Art District (we think it’s a pretty cool spot).

What began as a collaboration of three architects who were passionate about making “great good places” has grown into a richly integrated design practice with projects in over 200 communities throughout the United States. While our goals and objectives continue to evolve, we remain true to our original mission: “To design joyful, functional architecture that meets the needs of the people it serves and to enhance, enrich and contribute to the quality of life of the community.”

A Designer at BRS is someone whose primary focus is the in-house game. This person’s job is to manage the process for the product. A Designer is passionate about the design documentation for the project. Creating what is needed to describe the building to the Client and the Contractor — design, products, coordinated systems, etc. — is paramount to their role. Designers must be proficient in Revit.
