Gorman & Company is looking for an Architectural Job Captain in our Denver, Colorado office. The ideal candidates will support Gorman architectural staff and consultants to assist in schematic design, design documents, and construction drawings using Autodesk Revit Architecture software. Our ideal Job Captain will also assist Gorman architectural staff during Construction Administration to ensure delivery of our high quality vision. The position will include coordination within the company development and construction departments and with outside partners including stakeholders, jurisdictions, development partners, funders and others. The Job Captain will also support additional processes including municipal approvals, entitlements, community engagement, financial submittals and reviews and other tasks.
Architectural Job Captain qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience, preferably in multi-family housing
- Strong knowledge of building systems
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of Revit
- Adobe Creative Suite experience
