POSITION SUMMARY AND QUALIFICATIONS

ABOUT THE POSITION

The KTGY Denver High Density Studio is seeking a Job Captain with experience working on Multi-family and mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate is organized, articulate and confident. The Job Captain will take the lead to create, develop, and maintain the Revit model and Construction Documents and junior staff. You will manage internal staff members working closely with the Design Team and Project Manager from schematic design through construction administration. If you would describe yourself as someone who is meticulous about details and enjoys ensuring designs are delivered on time and on budget, send us your qualifications!

Additional Qualifications:

  • 3 to 5 years of Job Captain experience.
  • 4 year Architectural degree preferred and/or combination of required education and experience.
  • Accurate and detailed oriented.
  • Able to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Able to work on multiple projects and maintain effective communication and quality control.
  • Understanding and proficiency using the following software:
    • Revit
    • SketchUp
    • Adobe Suite
