This professional-level position resides in the Office of Institutional Planning (OIP) and is responsible for providing technical expertise regarding architectural and planning matters for the CU Denver Campus. The employee in this position provides direction, consultation and coordination on architectural issues regarding campus planning, the internal and external campus environment, and design and construction projects during all project phases. This individual consults with external affiliates regarding projects including the University of Colorado Design Review Board, and Auraria Higher Education Center Design Review Teams and participates in Campus Master Planning. Capital Projects and Design Review Processes for the Denver Campus. The Office of Institutional Planning is responsible for the facilitation of the institutional planning process and providing necessary planning analysis and knowledge to assist campus leadership. Continued development and maintenance of the institutional master plan and the coordination of various institutional planning efforts with the master plan and the coordination of various institutional planning efforts with the master plan and program planning efforts are essential responsibilities of the office. The CU Denver Campus Office of Institutional Planning serves all units, schools, and the entire administration of the University of Colorado Denver Campus and its affiliates. The Office of Institutional Planning works closely with the Facilities Projects and Facilities Operations teams for CU Denver and reports to the Senior Vice-Chancellor for Administration and Finance for the CU Denver campus.
