Denver Housing Knowledge Community
Maybe you don’t have time right now to volunteer, but you are still passionate about issues facing our state and would like to connect with other members who share your interest. In that case, an AIA Colorado knowledge community may be just right for you.
The group is currently working closely with city officials and other housing advocates to find creative solutions for affordable housing.

Path to Licensure - ARE Prep Course
Have you recently taken an ARE 5.0 test? Are you willing to share tips for studying? Sign up here to participate in AIA Colorado’s Path to Licensure Series designed to prep members for taking ARE 5.0.
This seven session series will go over each of the ARE 5.0 tests, featuring a 30 minute to one hour Q&A for members to talk with other people studying for the test. Our goal is for the discussion to be led by a recent taker of the test covered that session – that’s where you come in!

Regional Urban Design Knowledge Community
The Regional and Urban Design Knowledge Community meets monthly to discuss issues related to the design of public spaces throughout the Denver Metro Area. Currently, the group is closely monitoring revisions to the city’s Land Use and Transportation Plan (Blueprint Denver) and identifying opportunities for members to get involved with placemaking initiatives in their neighborhoods.
