Allied Membership


Are you a general contractor, engineer, product vendor or service provider interested in developing relationships with architects?

Joining AIA Colorado as an Allied member gives you access to an extensive professional network, AIA Colorado member event pricing, insider industry information and more.

The Allied Membership is designed for people who work in a field related to architecture but do not have an architecture license or degree, including engineers, planners, landscape architects, consultants, manufacturers and other fields related to architecture

The Practice + Design Conference, which includes networking opportunities with more than 600 design professionals, keynotes by nationally and internationally renowned speakers, exhibits and demos of the newest products and services (subject to COVID-19 guidelines).

Individual Allied Members enjoy year round benefits (January – December). We welcome multiple individuals within the same firm, however membership is not transferrable.

Eligibility

If you are in an industry related to architecture but are not a licensed architect or are currently pursuing a license, you are eligible for Allied Membership, only available to individuals. Allied Members may not hold a license to practice architecture.

Allied Membership is only recognized by AIA Colorado, not AIA National. Members will only receive state and local benefits.

Cost

Annual Allied Memberships costs $500.
