About Northglenn City Hall replaces an outdated facility with a sustainable, community-centered civic hub. Oriented to connect with E.B. Rains Jr. Memorial Park and the Veterans Memorial, it fosters transparency and accessibility with daylight-filled public spaces and patios. The building features interlocking zinc shingles and thermally modified wood that age naturally to harmonize with the landscape. As Colorado’s first municipal building to achieve certification by CORE Green Building Rating system from the International Living Future Institute (ILFI), it supports collaboration, community engagement, and regenerative design.
