About While preserving 40% of the original 1994 structure, the exterior design prioritizes natural light and energy efficiency, incorporating integrated solar panels and a focus on mitigating solar heat gain. The building utilizes materials like plaster, metal, and glass. Inside, warm materials and copper accents create an inviting ambiance, featuring unique spaces such as a speakeasy-style bar/lounge and a bathroom inspired by hotel lobbies. The main level offers both scenic views and privacy, while the split-level design revolves around an atrium housing a striking steel and wood stair leading to a rooftop deck with breathtaking mountain and city views.
