Design + Honor Awards Event Sponsorship

When: Thursday, September 18, 2025

Where: Tivoli Turnhalle, Denver

Outfitted with dozens of large screens throughout the venue, our celebration event will take advantage of the venue’s open floor plan and allow attendees to freely move throughout the space. Short remarks will be made from stage while Awards are announced via video, allowing our sponsors’ names and logos multiple opportunities to be heard and seen.

Sponsoring the Design + Honor Awards was an incredible experience. The Designer’s Cocktail

• 4 total opportunities are available to select base ingredients for signature cocktails to be offered at the event and give it a fun name related to your brand! (3 cocktails + 1 mocktail)
• Each attendee will be given drink tokens upon arrival as part of their ticket
• Company or firm name recognition on number of promotional slides included in the arrival, intermission, and break at the Celebration and the networking portions of the awards event.
• Sponsorship recognition on Awards webpage and event listing on Eventbrite
• Verbal sponsorship recognition on stage
• 2 tickets to event Celebration ($300 value)
• 13 “drinker’s dozen” drink tokens, each good for a “Designer’s Cocktail”, beer, or wine

Signature Toast

• At the conclusion of the awards portion of the evening, each attendee will be offered a champagne toast all at once to commemorate the event and a toast is made by the AIA Board President to salute the winners.
• Work with AIA staff to name the toast in order of your company or firm.
• Company or firm name recognition on number of promotional slides included in the arrival, intermission, and break at the Celebration and the networking portions of the awards event.
• Sponsorship recognition on Awards webpage and event listing on Eventbrite
• Verbal sponsorship recognition on stage
