EXPO BOOTH AMENITIES

All 2026 exhibitors enjoy a floor plan that offers excellent sight lines to all booths and activities throughout the expo/solutions marketplace.

Each exhibitor booth includes one 6-foot table with a white tabletop and black skirting, two chairs, and one waste basket.

All exhibitors will also enjoy 2 full conference passes. Information to register booth personnel will be emailed to exhibitors closer to the opening of registration.

The expo hall flows directly into the general session ballroom – labeled as Grey’s Peak I, II and III on the map. Open flow expo floor and social areas provide options to mingle! All products and literature must remain in the booths rented by vendors in the Expo Hall. That said, we encourage Exhibitors to engage with all attendees and industry partners throughout the conference space. There are lounge areas where you can chat and social gathering areas for you to meet.

One online exhibitor listing (expanded company profile) is included with your booth. Be sure to update your online profile within the Bravura conference platform. There is room to post PDFs, videos, who’s attending from your firm, and more information about your services. You need to login to the site as exhibitor to update this information and the link to login will be emailed to you upon checkout for your booth purchase. We will also email you periodic reminders between now and the conference.

Exhibitors will also have the option to purchase a lead retrieval tool to gather contact information from attendees they connect with during the conference. More information on this offering will be shared closer to the event. If interested, please contact Rylee Younger, rylee@aiacolorago.org for additional details.

Complimentary Wi-Fi will be provided throughout the conference center.

Micro Sessions

Micro Sessions are short, TED-style presentations exclusive to exhibitors that provide attendees with focused educational content and industry insights. Based on feedback from previous years, the 2026 program will move from the expo floor to a dedicated presentation space to create a more engaging and accessible experience for both presenters and attendees.

Six exhibitors will be selected through a proposal submission process to participate in the 2026 program, with three presentations taking place Thursday morning and three on Friday morning. Each selected exhibitor will receive a 17-minute presentation slot, space for supporting materials or product displays, and promotion within conference schedules and materials.

Participation remains complimentary for exhibitors. Session proposals should demonstrate strong HSW educational value, relevance to the architecture and design industry, innovative thinking, and a presentation focused on education over product promotion.

The deadline to submit a Micro Session proposal is July 31, 2026. To apply, please complete the submission form here: https://aiacolorado.submittable.com/submit.

AIA Colorado is the registered AIA CES Provider and you do not have to be an AIA provider to offer mini-CES. Those confirmed will be able to offer CES through our license with AIA National.
