Submit Your Event or Tour

AIA Colorado offers an online calendar featuring tours and events for architects, designers, and allied professionals. As members, we rely on you to help activate our architectural community and we’re grateful for your participation.

If you..

• ..can offer a tour of a project that you are associated with and you feel other AIA members would benefit from experiencing, please fill out the form below. The project can be in the active construction phase or newly completed.
• ..are planning an event that you’d like to share with your fellow members, or want to inquire to see if AIA Colorado can help produce, please use the online submission form below. 
• ..have an idea for an event (roundtable discussions, lectures, webinars, historical tours, social gatherings, etc.) but aren’t sure where to start, you’re in the right place.

Details to note for a tour:

• Tours must be submitted at least 6 weeks in advance of the date they may take place.
• In the description below, please provide the name of the project, architect(s) responsible for the project, who will lead the tour, and a project description that we can use for marketing purposes.
• In the form below, please upload at least 1 image that AIA Colorado is free to use for marketing purposes for the tour. The image should be free of all text and be free for AIA Colorado to use.
• Please include any capacity limitations in your description.
• Please also indicate whether this tour can be repeated, should the RSVP’s fill up quickly.
• Please indicate if tour participants need to be bring PPE with them.
• Please provide a specific meeting location, in addition to the overall location of the tour.
• Please provide multiple dates that the tour can take place.

Details to note for an event:

• Please only submit events that are relevant to the Colorado architecture and design community.
• Events must be submitted at least 6 to 8 weeks in advance of the date they take place.
• Please understand that not all events are approved, and that AIA Colorado staff reserves the right to not publish your event. If you have questions about what constitutes a successful event, you are welcome to contact staff before submitting via this form.
• Please know that events submitted by companies that do not employ AIA members, Premier Partners, or Allied Members are unlikely to be supported by AIA Colorado.
